Hotel Booking Reminder

Don’t forget to book your hotel rooms before it’s too late. Our room blocks are only reserved until two weeks before our assembly (October 21st), after which it is first-come-first-serve. They will still honor our discount rate after that date, but at the last assembly, there were no more rooms available as we approached assembly weekend. Use room block code “LAA” to get the discount rate.
