District 10 Workshop: Technology in Recovery

Our phones, our meetings, our messages: technology is already part of how we
get sober and stay sober. Come talk honestly about how we use it, and how we
keep it from using us. Everyone in recovery is welcome.

1 – How can technology support our recovery without dominating or controlling us?
2 – How do we use these tools to connect with each other while protecting anonymity?
3 – What good practices should we keep in mind when we use technology?
4 – How can technology keep us organized so we can focus on recovery and service to others?
